David Grinham is a full time professional DJ - Based in the Thames Valley area, and works throughout the UK -specialising in Black Tie Corporate Events and Wedding Receptions.

All work undertaken is through word of mouth/personal recommendation. David does not have glossy brochures or website promotional material – he prefers All work undertaken sourced through word of mouth/personal recommendation, and having booked David for hundreds of events ourselves, we at Music for London are happy to recommend him to you.

When working with a band David plays tracks to complement band set list. David does not have a standard set, but his CD collection is extensive, and each occasion is individually tailored to the customers preferred music requirements

 

              
                             
                             
              For an event/occasion with up to 250 people David uses the following:              
                             
              JBL Professional sound system with Crown amplifier              
              Numark CDN35 Mixer/Player unit              
             
6 x Abstract Lighting effects - Xtreme Range of intelligent lighting - with controller
              
              1 x Star cloth DJ Booth frontage              
              4 x Parcans with 4 channel controller              
              2 x Floor cans for back light              
              Radio Mic available for speeches if required              
                             
             

NOTE: All the above kit is less than 18 months old and is in A1 condition

              
                             
             

He has a laser effect which can be used on large corporate events in marquees where smoke/hazer unit is permitted. David does not use Strobe lighting

 

              
                             
                             
             

For larger events David would recommend:

Upgrading the lightshow to include moving heads and  goalpost arrangement for additional lighting eg LED screens. This would also require a larger sound system.

In addition to the above David has a DVD DJ System which is popular at corporate events and some wedding receptions - includes a camera which covers the dance floor area to enable images to be produced on the screens - eg Bride and grooms first dance etc. which also enables a selection of photo /video clips of bride/groom to be displayed on the screens throughout the evening  personalising the occasion.
