Lecaron, Classical / Latin Guitar Duo

Lecaron give your occasion the ambience it deserves. The Lecaron Duo performs music from Rodrigo, Bach, Mozart, Pachelbel, Faure, Vivaldi and Antonio Carlos Jobim. Licaron perform a programme which includes popular classics. Among these is the world famous 2nd movement, Adagio, from Rodrigo’s Guitar Concerto, also their own arrangements from many of the great composers through to contemporary music such as Cavatina and popular Latin standards. Neil is a fully qualified Classical Guitar Teacher and performer. As a student he was awarded a scholarship to study with Carlos Bonell, professor of Guitar at the Royal College of Music. While studying for his Diploma from the Trinity College of Music, he attended Masterclasses with widely acclaimed Guitarist Julian Byzantine. Neil's ability for arranging music can accommodate many styles, be it Classical, Spanish, Latin or modern. Barry has won many awards for guitar at the Trinity College of music. He studied Classical Guitar under the internationally recognized Guitarist Paul Gregory(Winner of the international Segovia Competition), and has had tuition from Carlos Bonell.
