Terms and Conditions

> The Client can only choose the type of act that will be present. e.g. jazz, party band, south american band, soprano, pianist, background, etc.

> The Client cannot choose any particular act or artiste, though every effort will be made to provide these details 14 days before the event.

> MFL will produce what we deem a world class act for your event.

> Certain genre of bands and musicians may not be available upon request on the required date.

> Bookings can only be made 14-30 days before the event, not earlier.

> No sample CD's (hard copies) of the act or promotional material will be provided to the client.
