The Joe Cang Band have just completed a new album of original work, recorded at the vintage State of the Ark studios in London, with Jerry Boys (Buena Vista Social Club) Needless to say, they are very keen to take the album on the road.

Joe released his first solo album after being signed by Clive Davis to Arista records. He has toured, recorded and written for: Ian Dury, Scritti Politti, K.T Tunstall, Desmond Dekker, Hall and Oates, Dudu Pukwana, Hugh Masakela, Tony Remy, Bheki Mseleku, Marianne Faithfull, Peter Grant, Leona Lewis and Aswad, with whom he wrote the million seller hit "Shine".
